Five Degrees on the Blue Ridge Parkway — Note Cards

Note Cards — Five Degrees on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Box of 8 blank note cards with envelopes featuring this original artwork. In this piece the artist used watercolor and sumi (charred bamboo) ink on crinkled rice paper, a Cheng Khee Chee technique that creates a unique and rather delicate textural effect which melds nicely with tonal watercolor washes. In terms of color temperature AND ambient temperature it doesn't get much colder around here than this. Cards are printed on premium card stock and are suitable for framing.
