Certified Giclée Grandfather Profile with Pine, Pen and Ink

Line, Wash, and Late Afternoon Light

This familiar view of Grandfather Mountain from the Foscoe area is captured in summer color and late afternoon lighting using watercolor washes over a pen and ink drawing. The foreground textures — created with pen and ink cross-hatching for the trees and vegetation — add value contrast and a sense of the rugged landscape without overpowering the distant profile.
